Modern Medical Modalities Corporation is a publicly traded, (OTCBB: MODM) and is a provider of Internet-based healthcare information and administrative services. Our network of healthcare services is currently focused on the diagnostic imaging services specialty market, and has the capacity to service other multi-specialty markets.

On a consolidated basis, we currently recognize the majority of our revenues from a range of diagnostic imaging services that allow us to leverage the variety of imaging systems in our network of centers, in order to potentially increase operating income once fixed costs are more rapidly covered with higher volumes of procedures performed.

We believe the healthcare market opportunity for the Company’s outsourced services represents an estimated $75 billion in annual revenues. The targeted market includes multi-specialty outpatient clinics that are owned by various participants in the healthcare cycle including large physician groups, hospitals, employers, and insurance companies.

In order to maximize the opportunity, the Company intends to acquire a customer base to rapidly prove its business model, use its advanced information system to demonstrate the effectiveness of automated healthcare process improvements, and create sufficient operating and financial stability to attract larger customer contracts.

Our services require relatively modest initial investment, are highly adaptable to changing healthcare and technology trends and are designed to generate significant financial benefit for our clients. We believe our proprietary Internet-based information and administrative services model represents a significant departure from the traditional model of relying upon on-site or outsourced administrative staff, using stand-alone software that is not Internet-based to run the back-office aspects of their facilities.
